Welcome to one of the most peaceful National Parks of Tanzania, Tarangire National Park. It is one of the best wildlife destinations in Tanzania. Tarangire has the second-highest concentration of wildlife of any Tanzanian National parks and reportedly has a large number of elephants in the world.
This is the most common activity as it allows you to explore the beauty and authenticity of Tarangire. Dry seasons in June and November are said to be fascinating as elephants can be seen digging in muddy trying to access water. You will also see the largest herds of elephants alongside animals such as lions, kudu, wildebeests, giraffe, fringe-eared Oryx, and tree climbing pythons.
The park is famous for its thick vegetation with acacia shrubs and mixed woodland. You will be able to experience the beautiful, constantly changing backdrop scenery if you choose walking safaris. This type of safari gives you more learning experience about the smaller animals within the park and close-range view of animals without disturbing them. Our Tours packages offer walking safaris with trained/armed ranger guide to ensure you have a lifetime experience. It is considered to be the best way to get closer to the wildlife of Tarangire National Park
The abundance of a large batch colorful and exclusive different bird species makes Tarangire among the gifted National Parks. For the bird lovers, it is said to have more than 450 species which are housed at the woodlands, swamps and near Tarangire River.

Our Itineraries give you Maasaiactivities to enjoy such as the Maasai people dances; meeting Maasai women creating Maasai crafts and arts which sometimes you can acquire as a souvenir.
It gives you a thrilling view of wildlife and nocturnal animals (such as leopards, hyenas, porcupines). When driving around Silale Swamps in the Southern part of the park, you can savor the beauty of African wild cats and dogs.
Depending on the weather, we advise you to add these two activities on your to-do list. The setting is with chairs, tables, table cloth, porcelain, glassware, silver cutlery, live cooking chef and waiters.
