Payments Policy



  • All booking and reservation will be made by Antelope Safaris office,

  • To secure booking and to confirm the group, you have to send a deposit through our bank account.

  • A Deposit of 40% is required at the time of confirmation and the balance at least 35 days before the tour begins.

  • The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments. Please refer to the conditions below

  • All wire transfers payable to Antelope Safaris Ltd.

  • Visitors must settle personal bills in foreign exchange: US Dollars, Euro, and Sterling Pounds.

  • VISA cards, Master cards, American Express and other cards are also accepted


Cancellation & Amendment fees



  • 35 days:prior to tour departure 40%

  • 34 - 15 days: 80%

  • 14 - No show: 100%
