Overview

Tanzania is a prominent destination for safari and wildlife viewing. The country is not rich with only beautiful scenery and wildlife but also has a great highlight to offer its tourists and that is the diversified and colorful culture.

Tanzania is home to 120tribal groups as well as the country is a homeland to a small group of Asians and Arabs, and a tiny European community. The current population of the country is approximately 43 million out of which mostly tribal people are from Bantu origin.

There 3 most significant tribes Tanzania has; the Maasai, the Hadzabe, and the Datooga. These tribal people are very warm, friendly, and really good hosts.

The Massias: The most recognized tribes of Tanzania; draped in dark red color cloths this tribe is considered as the warriors and well-known for their iconic jumping dance.

The Datooga: Residing near to Lake Eyasi, The Datooga tribe is men are well-known in the region for practicing the fierce fighting skill.

The Hadzabe: Believed as the oldest tribal group of the planet the tribe is still continuing to live life as their ancestors used to thousand years back.
