The routes have no lodges or permanent camps except the Marangu route. Marangu route is the only route that provides the huts facility to spend nights. These huts come with bunk bed facilities and the tour operator provides mattresses and pillows to the climbers to sleep. The other routes have no such facilities and the only option to rest at sleeping inside tented camps. The camps are mostly modern well-sized dome tent, which comes along with toilet tents. These camps have cooks who travel along with the climbers to prepare food for them as well as most of the trek operators provide sleeping mats to the trekkers.
