Overview

After reaching Kilimanjaro International Airport you can book any hotel or lodge in Moshi before your trekking, which is the closest town to Kilimanjaro. The city has to offer a good range of accommodation including luxury to budget-friendly lodges. All the luxury lodges are well-equipped and extend world-class hospitality where the budget hotels come with basic amenities with warm staffs to assist you.

If you are only about to visit the national park of Kilimanjaro then there are few selective lodges available inside the distinct areas of the park however, there very less number of lodges you can spot.

If you are a trekker then the only accommodation you will find on your way is camping however, the Machame route is the only route that introduces hut accommodation for the trekkers. The huts are quite comfortable and come with bunk beds, mattresses, and pillows.

Apart from Machame Route, all other routes provide camping facilities where you will rest inside tented dorm camps.
