4. How do you train for this climb?
Climbing the mountain does not require mountaineering skills, but some training is essential, including running, light weight exercises, and aerobic conditioning to build endurance and prepare for the trek.
5. What kind of cloths need to pack for the trekking?
Layers of cloth is recommended including sports underwear, short sleeve & long sleeve shirts, hiking trousers, mid-weight fleece jacket, Fleeces jacket that use Polartec materials to protect from rain.
6. Do I have to be extremely fit to take part in this trek?
No prior climbing experience or exceptional athletic ability is required for the trek. Anyone with a normal level of fitness and a love for trekking can take on the challenge and enjoy the journey.
